Happy valentines dayyy to anyone who's reading.
I had an awesome day with the love of my life today, although we started out slightly rough. I'm really tired to the max.
But one question that got me thinking: Did feminism destroy chivalry? I've been given a scenario today, of a Gentlemen opening a door for a woman, only to be rebuffed or criticised by the woman involved. The woman must have obviously mistook courtesy as some form of condescension about her ability to open the door for themselves or rather, to stand on their own two feet. So then, since when did courtesy become insulting??
