London so far (super long post)

I have taken like nearly a thousand photos so far.

Anyway here is just a glimpse of what I have been doing these few weeks.

I'm super thankful to Nikki for being such an awesome friend. I wouldnt have survived so long without her. Ai ni duo duo. I appreciate the fact that shes busy with work so I really really appreciate that she even spent time with me at all. but anyway I did a lot of exploring and walking around on my own and meeting up with my friends who are studying in london. ^^

Finally went to the Victoria and albert museum. I spent 4 hours just covering the first floor. And the V&A has like 3 floors (i think)

Weekend markets at Bricklane! They have really awesome stuff. But sometimes quite pricey. Like one pair of second hand shorts can be like 15 pounds, which is about 30 singapore dollars. I would rather just buy a new one.

This week at work I've been working on painting on silk and chiffon. This piece is done on silk using discharge dye first and then using acid dyes to paint over it.

My good friend Angelique at work. She's from france and her english has improved so much whilst she was here in london doing her internship. She's so cute, everytime I say something she doesn't understand she'll whip out her french dictionary and check it and she'll go like "oh oh oh! yes i knoww!" hahaha She went back to france last week. I miss her already ):

Dinner that Nikki cooked! Shes super amazing. Idk how she knows how to cook. HAHA. I mean, shes totally not the cooking kind but she whips up the best food ever. It was my first time eating aglio olio and now I'm craving some already. And the sushi is just superb. Everything super yummy.
Everyday must wear more clothes already, the weather is getting more cold. Yesterday was 4 degrees. brrrrrr.

I love this lane the best because there is doctor marts and theres cath kidston and there is urban outfitters and american apparel. I love covent garden. hahaha.

This is liverpool street station, where I take the tube to work every morning. Which I kinda dread sometimes because its 1.30pounds (2.60 singapore dollars) for just ONE stop.
Anyway, I'm so happy because i finished my sketch book that I brought from home to london. I bought a new one today! I've been drawing and writing so much. I've created a separate blog to upload all my drawings. Please go check it out ! :)
