So much love

FINALLY GOT TO EAT MY LONG AWAITED XIAO LONG BAOS.

Was craving for them a whole great deal when I was in London. Met up with Niks to collect some stuff I left in her luggage before I returned back to singapore. My luggage was like 50kg and the maximum weight per person on board an SQ flight is 20kg. BUT THANK GOODNESS, the kind lady at the luggage check in counter allowed me to board without paying for the excess weight.

and this is niks. She just permed her hair and dyed it purple, but it came out dark maroon becuase she didnt bleach her hair.

Shoes that we were wearing. I bought niks the red one for christmas.

Met up with some of my secondary school friends and had dinner at applebees at 111 sommerset. Theres some promotion thing going on and I got this ribeye steak thing for $20 only. AND THE MASH POTATO, IS SOOOO AWESOME.

I love mashed potatoes so much, and I've tried a lot of different mashed potatoes from singapore, london, thailand, japan...and this is the best so far. I'd love it even more if there werent any onion skin and onion bits in it. The texture of the mash potato at applebees was just perfecto. Not too starchy, not too dry, not too wet...go try it soon okay? ^^

And I was so happy when Niks gave me my christmas present!

This red bow head band thing.

I honestly don't know what its called, but I kept seeing it around in london where people wear this to keep their ears (or head?) warm. And I really liked it! But I just didnt know whether to buy it because it might look weird on me, like a turban, or sth...Anyway I took a picture using my dslr. I don't like to cam whore with my dslr because its so hard to press the button, and if I use self timer, it doesnt focus well.
